Psychotherapist
Daniela Henriques — Psychotherapist in Lisbon
English speaking psychologist
My clinical work centres on creating a safe, welcoming and collaborative space, where it is possible to think and feel together freely, at each person’s own pace. The therapeutic relationship is the starting point for this construction, marked by openness, dialogue and feedback, while respecting the uniqueness of each path.
I work from an integrative approach, influenced by existential therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and relational psychoanalysis, seeking to adapt clinical work to the person and their moment in life.
I support adults at different moments in life, in an affirmative space that is sensitive to diversity.
